FBA, Santa Fe police investigating girl's apparent abduction

SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) — The FBI and Santa Fe police say they're investigating the apparent abduction of a young girl. The incident reportedly occurred near the Tuscany Apartments in Santa Fe around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday. Witnesses told authorities they saw a man throw a girl into the back of a faded light brown, four-door sedan with a Texas license plate on the front and tinted windows. They say the girl appeared to be about 12 to 16 years old. The FBI says the unidentified girl is about 5-foot-5 with dark blonde hair and a long ponytail and wearing a gray, hooded sweatshirt. They say the man is clean-shaven with a light complexion and medium build, in his 30s, around 6-feet tall with short brown hair and wearing a light-blue dress shirt and blue jeans.
