Description: The 2nd annual Air Show and Open House is Saturday and Sunday.  It is free and will feature the Thunderbirds, Wings of Blue and many Cannon aircraft.

28th Annual Riverfest

Cost: Free -but donations accepted for the River Reach Foundation

Description: Farmington kicks off the summer season with Riverfest. There's river raft rides, a car show, plenty of food, 5 and 10-K runs, even events for your dog.  The live music is free, but donations to the River Reach Foundation are accepted.

10th Annual Fly Freedom's Flag Boat Parade

Description: They'll be on the water at Elephant Butte this weekend too. The 10th Annual Fly Freedom's Flag Boat Parade is Saturday. A  P-O-W  M-I-A service kicks off at the Dame Site Restaurant patio at 10am. The boat parade begins at noon.

Description: New Mexico's Biggest Biker Event is also on Saturday. Our own Steve Stucker will lead motorcyclists through Red River for the 4th Annual Rally in the Valley. Registration for the ride and lunch starts at 8am. All the money raised benefits Make A Wish of New Mexico.

New Mexico Philharmonic Zoo Concert: Here's to the Heroes!

Description: Immediately following the parade, a remembrance ceremony honoring the men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice in military service to their country will take place at the Veterans Monument Park. The ceremony will begin at approximately 11 a.m. and consist of several different speakers.
