LAS CRUCES, New Mexico (AP) — Police in Las Cruces are investigating the shooting death of a teenage girl. The Las Cruces Sun-News reports (http://bit.ly/2va10sv) she died after at least one shot was fired from the street toward a home on Monte Vista Street. The girl was pronounced dead at the scene. Her age and name were not immediately released. The street was closed for the investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
